These terms and conditions regulate the provision of services by Flashtour, defining the rules applicable to bookings, payments, cancellations and responsibilities related to transfer and tour services. By making a reservation, the client declares that he/she fully accepts the provisions set forth herein.
Flashtour, registered under RNAT 46/2025 and RNAVT 12349, operates in the tourism sector, providing tourist entertainment, tourist operations, transfers and travel agency services. All services are covered by the insurance required by law, which guarantees the protection of clients during their use.
Prices quoted are inclusive of VAT at the applicable rate. The specific terms and conditions of each transfer or tour, including services included and any restrictions, are detailed in the relevant description. Any item not expressly stated to be included is not part of the booking.
Reservations can be made through our direct contacts (telephone and e-mail) or by filling in the forms available on the website www.flashtour.pt. Once the request has been received, the client will be contacted for confirmation and, if necessary, an email will be sent with the new booking details.
Services are subject to availability and are not confirmed until full payment has been received. Rates include all taxes, fees and tolls, and the final amount will always be communicated before the booking is finalized.
In cases where the Service involves the transportation of children, the Customer must indicate at the time of booking whether they require a baby seat or booster seat (booster seat), depending on the age and/or height of the child. This information is required to ensure the safety of the child and to comply with applicable laws.
The use of this equipment implies an additional cost per unit:
Flashtour cannot guarantee the availability of the equipment on the day of the service if this requirement is not specified at the time of booking.
Transfers: Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled service time will not be refunded. Only cancellations received more than 24 hours in advance will receive a full refund.
Tours: Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to the service date will only be refunded 50% of the total amount of the reservation. Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance will receive a full refund.
Flashtour reserves the right to change or cancel services due to unforeseen circumstances, such as adverse weather conditions, traffic disruptions or other factors that may affect customer safety. In these situations, the option of rescheduling or a full refund of the amount paid will be made available.
We do not accept any responsibility for delays or losses caused by external factors such as flight delays, heavy traffic or incorrect information provided by the customer.
Flashtour is not responsible for items stolen, lost or forgotten in the vehicles. Likewise, the client is responsible for ensuring that the luggage transported respects the dimensions and limits appropriate to the vehicle rented. Failure to comply with this condition, if not previously communicated at the time of booking, may make it impossible to carry out the service, without the right to a refund.
The use of Flashtour services implies the full acceptance of the Terms and Conditions described herein. Flashtour reserves the right to modify or update these terms whenever necessary, ensuring that any changes are duly communicated to customers.
